Juergen Boenisch is founder and principal of Executive Management Consulting (EMC). EMC assists manufacturing companies and service organizations in achieving business excellence based on the Toyota Production System (TPS) and traditional improvement approaches.

His roles have included Management Consultant, Director Technical Coordination, VP Operations and President & CEO for the US division of a global equipment manufacturer. He has worked with ThyssenKrupp, Bridgestone Firestone, Caterpillar, SIG Kautex GmbH, AirBoss, Werner & Pfleiderer (W&P) Corporation, Rotek, Boehringer Ingelheim, ALCOA Reynolds, CFN Precision, StampTek, Alliance Atlantis, Direct Energy (Centrica UK), and many small and medium sized companies.

Dr. Boenisch is passionate about the TPS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (he is a Black Belt), supply chain management, and business culture. He has trained hundreds of individuals and corporations in business improvement. He is also a frequent speaker at public events. In 2006, Dr. Boenisch spoke at the annual Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) conference in Los Angeles on the topic titled "Sustainable Business Excellence through Process Improvement Plus People Engagement". In collaboration with BRASI, Dr. Boenisch has developed training workshops on Lean Manufacturing.

Dr. Boenisch holds a Ph.D. in Physics from King's College, London UK, and two engineering degrees from the University of Bremen and the Polytechnic of Bremen, Germany. He also holds a designation as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

He is an active member of several organizations such as APICS, AME, and CAMC. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the SME Toronto Chapter.

Mike Sheahan has considerable experience helping organizations craft educational programs to support their business objectives and implement lean supply chains.

He has helped companies such as ABB, Caterpillar, ConAgra, Perkins-Elmer, Hayes Wheels, and Henry Pratt Valves with supply chain assessments, technology implementations, project management, educational programs and management of supply chain improvement initiatives.

In addition to his role as Vice President at Transformance Advisors Inc., Mr. Sheahan is past president of The Association for Operations Management (APICS), and is a frequent presenter at major conferences and events.

Mr. Riordan is President of Strategic Technology Application Resources, LLC, a company he started in 2000 to provide business development consulting, and business coaching and training to organizations that want to grow.

He has over 28 years of sales and business experience helping businesses find and apply the right strategic technology. Over his career, Mr. Riordan's clients have included the largest international corporations as well as medium-sized and small, growing businesses.

His skills include professional, innovative sales and marketing, business process and systems planning, needs analysis, internet marketing and resources, social networking, relationship building, leadership, project management, public speaking, presentations, interpersonal communications and networking, consultative selling, solution selling, profit and loss financial knowledge and responsibility, sales and service management.

Mr. Riordan stays current with emerging technology solutions, including on-site and web-based (cloud computing) services and applications such as customer relationship management, knowledge management, business process management and enterprise resource planning.

Sameer Sen is an Associate Instructor with BRASI and coordinates BRASI's growing overseas network and alliances. He has over 16 years of experience developing distribution channels, international trade, warehousing and logistics operations. He was recognized as a Super Salesman for his innovative sales promotion techniques at Camlin Ltd.

Mr. Sen specializes in SCM education and contributes to curriculum development for various training programs.

Mr. Sen has a Bachelors of Arts degree, a PG Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and Master of Arts degree in International Trade from IIFT. He also holds professional certifications in Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), and CSSU. Mr. Sen's certification in CPIM is in progress.

Mr. Sen is a member of SME Toronto Chapter 26, Forum of International Trade and Training (FITT) Canada, and the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA).

Aslam Mustafa worked in the industry for eighteen years before joining Pakistan's oldest leading management development institute, the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) in 1986. He has received training as an instructor the SCOR Model of Supply Chain Management, developed by the Supply Chain Council, USA.

At PIM, Aslam has developed and conducted various training programs in Quality Management, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. He has also worked on numerous consultancy assignments. Currently, he is working as a General Manager at PIM and is responsible for all training courses and diplomas in Supply Chain Management.

Aslam Mustafa is the Country Manager for BRASI in Pakistan.

Tim Chen has several years of experience in global trading and import and export in plastics, chemical products, home textile, fashion, gifts and apparel, mainly between China, Canada and the USA.

He was a senior supervisor and instructor for over six years in several leading ocean shipping lines and freight forwarding companies in Shanghai, Vancouver, Toronto, Salt Lake City and New York City. Mr. Chen has been a remarkable marketing and sales professional for the leading ocean shipping line, media group and B2B on line business.

While in New York City, Mr. Chen spent three years managing three fashion retail stores as well as a trading business with worldwide suppliers and clients.

He has over six years experience in sourcing and purchasing worldwide for a variety of products. Currently, he is engaged in public purchasing for Hydro One in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Tim Chen has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from East China Normal University, Shanghai, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, New York. He holds a diploma of Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from English Bay College, Vancouver. He also holds a certificate in Project Management from Kennedy College, Toronto. He earned the designation as Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) from the ISCEA in Ohio.

Rudy Durkovics is a supply chain professional with extensive experience in inventory, logistics, material and warehouse management systems in a multi-client environment.

Mr. Durkovics's gained much of his overall experience in 3PL operations by supporting the outsourcing business for companies like AGF, Telus, Maple Leaf, Texaco and the Ministry of Education, as well as providing material planning and logistics management for several major manufacturing companies.

Sunil Garg has extensive experience in international business supply chain management and industrial operations. He has thirty-four years of corporate experience including senior management positions with MMTC Ltd., the biggest commodities trading conglomerate the Government of India, and managing operations with the core industries - Hindustan Motors, Escorts, Eicher, Steel Strips, Super Circle, Birla Copper and Haliburton.

Mr. Garg provides educational and international marketing services by interfacing and coordinating for collaborative programs, executive workshops including professional certification, visitor programs and global internships. Also, delivering international solutions for research, social media marketing and global branding along with reputation management. He has passion for mentoring, consultancy, networking, industry relations and joint ventures.

Naeem Ahmed holds a Masters in Information Technology, and is Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

He is a Solutions Architecture Manager at GS1 Saudi Arabia, and also heads the Supply Chain Management Training Department. He has extensive experience in retail, manufacturing, financial sector, defence organizations and utilities. His current role includes Supply Chain Management Consultancy, helping organizations improve their processes internally and with their supply chain partners, based on the GS1 Global Supply Chain Standards using a case study approach.

Andreas Hug is a management consultant and the Master Trainer for STRUCTOGRAM© in Canada. He has presented public and corporate workshops in Ontario and in British Columbia. He has also given shorter communications workshops for professional groups and for participants in a job finding program.

Prior to founding Andreas Hug Consulting in 2000, Mr. Hug gained broad business experience with multinational corporations working in Europe, Canada and the USA. Working with BRASI, Mr. Hug offers STRUCTOGRAM© workshops.

Mr. Hug earned a business degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He also holds a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.

Ric Phillips is a professional communications coach who works with clients to improve their verbal, vocal and visual communications skills. Since 2002, Mr. Phillips has conducted workshops and one-on-one sessions with clients ranging from corporations to students to new Canadians.

Working with BRASI, Mr. Phillips offers customized communications training programs for business professionals. These courses are offered as public courses as well as in-house training for corporate clients. Participants gain first-hand experience and insight on verbal skills and body language, enabling them to continue to improve their skills on an on-going basis. Mr. Phillips also provides after-training support, as needed, for all other programs offered at BRASI.
