Where can I find more details about the training programs featured on the website?
Program information is contained in two documents – course brochure and course flyer. The course brochure contains detailed information about the training course, such as the learning outcomes, inference about certificate holder, course duration, eligibility, assessment and other information. On the other hand, the course flyer contains announcement of course dates and any promotions or discounts offered. Further details can be obtained by using the Contact Us form on this website.
Are there any pre-requisites for taking a BRASI training course?
Eligibility requirement for the CISCOM Certification Program is a Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma with two years’ work experience. There is no eligibility requirement for the certificate programs and other seminars.
Can I use the course title as a designation with my name?
Yes, courses titles may be used as designations with the certificate holder’s name.
Are BRASI course offered globally?
Yes, all BRASI training courses are offered globally directly by BRASI or through our affiliates in various countries.
Will I get a digital copy of the certificate?
A digital copy of the certificate is uploaded to the student’s account upon passing the test. Each certificate carries a unique identification number and is valid for life.
Printed certificate can be ordered upon payment of USD 35.00 toward printing and mailing via United States Postal Service, without a tracking number. The USPS receipt is provided as proof of mailing. Please contact customerdesk@brasi.org for details.
How is the training delivered?
BRASI courses are offered in both Instructor-led and Self-paced formats, offering the flexibility and effectiveness for today’s busy life.
How do I pay the fee to register for a course?
Course fee can be paid on with a credit card or PayPal account on BRASI website www.brasi.org. Additional payment methods, including the option to pay in local currency, are available on BRASI’s specific country websites. Details are provided in the registration work flow.
What happens if I want to cancel my registration after paying the fee?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
a) If registration is cancelled before the start of the course, the course fee is refunded in full.
b) For cancellation after start of the course and before the final test, 50% of the fee is refunded.
c) No refund is allowed after the exam date in case of a proctored exam, or after taking the exam in case of a self-paced course.
Is my information safe with BRASI?
BRASI does not share its stake holders’ information with any external organization, except for tax or other regulatory purposes. BRASI uses secure channels for payments and communication. Complete details are contained in the Policies and Procedures available on BRASI web site www.brasi.org.
