A difference between the inventory record and actual inventory in the warehouse can potentially disrupt manufacturing operations and impact customer service. The Cycle Counting process helps keep the inventory record and inventory accuracy aligned on an ongoing basis, hence bringing efficiency to operations and customer service.

In this course, you will learn about ABC Classification of inventory for prioritization, and running a process for periodic cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy on an ongoing basis.

Flexible, convenient and effective self-paced learning, utilizing online resources, with instructor help by email on a need basis. Start and complete at a time of your choice. The  final test is self-administered. A certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course.
