Program Objectives & Structure

The CFPM training program is designed to build foundational competencies in project management, covering the complete body of knowledge in four comprehensive modules.

Module 1 - Project Initiation

This module covers the core principles of project management, from defining a project and its constraints to identifying stakeholders, working with sponsors, and performing a cost-benefit analysis.

Module 2 - Project Organization & Risk Planning

This section deals with the practical steps of organizing a project, including identifying and mitigating risks, obtaining budget approval, defining roles, and structuring the work with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Module 3 - Team & Stakeholder Management

Module 4 - Execution, Control & Change Management
