The ICSP (International Customer Service Professional) course covers the essential principles and practices of professional customer service, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse business environments.

The course also explores reactive and proactive customer service approaches, customer support best practices, customer-focused language, relationship building, and strategies for enhancing customer loyalty, trust, and overall business performance.

ICSP certificate course prepares students for the following roles:

Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your ICSP certificate upon successful completion.

In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.

  • Access to the online training materials, including downloadable handbooks, exercise files, and other materials.
  • Video lessons.
  • Quizzes.
  • Final Test.
  • Participation in the instructor-led training sessions (optional).
