The CSCD course covers the essential principles and practices in data-driven supply chain management.
Topics include data acquisition and cleansing, data preparation and modeling, exploratory data analysis, and performance measurement using dashboards. The course provides hands-on training in Microsoft Power BI, enabling participants to create meaningful visualizations, interpret trends, and support business decisions with data insights. Additional topics include predictive analytics, KPI design, demand forecasting, sustainability metrics, and digital transformation in supply chain management.
CSCD training course prepares students for the following roles:

Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your CSCD certificate upon successful completion.
In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.
