The CSCF program provides comprehensive training in managing key functional areas of supply chain and operations management, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and customer service. Participants learn to integrate these processes for improved efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. The course emphasizes data-driven decision-making, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Through practical case studies and interactive modules, learners develop leadership and analytical skills essential for today’s competitive business environment. CSCF certification validates professional competence in managing end-to-end supply chain functions and equips participants with the tools to contribute effectively to organizational performance and operational excellence.
Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your CSCF certificate upon successful completion.
In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.
