The skill set is also very helpful to support continuous improvement initiatives launched within the organization. The curriculum presents the Lean and Six Sigma core concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
Flexible, convenient and effective self-paced learning, utilizing online resources, and with instructor coaching up to four hours on a need basis. Start any time, complete within three months or sooner. The module quizzes and the final test are self-administered. A certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course.
