Program Objectives & Structure

This module introduces the foundations of Lean and Six Sigma, including their purpose, core concepts, and how both methodologies complement each other. Learners explore continuous improvement culture, process mapping basics, types of charts, and the importance of data in identifying and solving performance gaps.
This module focuses on Lean principles and their application. Topics include identifying and eliminating waste, understanding lead time, building value streams, enabling flow, applying Just-in-Time (JIT), and using Lean tools to improve efficiency. Learners also study how Lean increases supply chain velocity and improves cash flow.
This module provides a clear understanding of Six Sigma methodology, including the DMAIC framework, the nature of variation, normal distribution, and the impact of variance on performance. Learners are introduced to essential Six Sigma tools, data measurement techniques, and structured problem-solving methods.
